Empire Infrastructure is an Australian-based importer and specialist supplier of underground civil infrastructure products. Empire is a supplier of these technical products, but not an installer. Our role is to ensure the right product reaches your project site, on time and in full, at a competitive price.
Empire's customers are Tier 1 and Tier 2 civil contractors, water authorities, municipalities, and consulting engineers across the region. We will often work with multiple contractors on the same project simultaneously. Each quote is independent and completely confidential to your organisation.
Our technical team has more than 35 years of combined experience supplying pipe for complex infrastructure projects. We maintain direct manufacturer relationships, giving our customers direct access to globally recognised product quality with Australian-based commercial and technical support.
How We Work
From specification
to site
Optioneering
Our team works with the asset owners and their designers to workshop the best installation plan, methodology and product selection.
Enquiry & Specification
Your team submits a request for quote via the Empire RFQ tool. We review the scope, product type, diameter, length, and timeline and confirm the best product solution for your application.
Technical Support
Our technical team works directly with project engineers on hydraulic calculations, jacking force analysis, and standards compliance. Most documentation is available through the Empire Engineer portal.
Order & Manufacturing
Once the order is placed, we coordinate directly with our manufacturer partners. Lead times vary by product and project but can be as fast as five to seven weeks from order confirmation.
Delivery to Site
We manage freight coordination and logistics to deliver on time and in full to your project site. Our established relationships with freight forwarders and shipping lines support reliable delivery schedules.
