In 2023, Empire supplied 100 metres of DN1200 OD1229 SN30,000 and 56 metres of DN700 OD718 SN80,000 BOSSPIPE™ CC-GRP Jacking Pipe. The two distinct specifications were selected to meet the precise structural demands of each pipeline section. CC-GRP's high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent hydraulic properties made it the most cost-effective and timely solution, factors central to DJ MacCormick's decision to specify BOSSPIPE™ as their preferred pipe.

An Evolving Infrastructure Network

The Baldivis area has been subject to ongoing infrastructure upgrades to keep pace with rapid residential growth in Perth's south. The scope encompassed the upgrade of an underground wastewater pump station, overflow storage, and two sections of wastewater pipeline. BMD Constructions engaged DJ MacCormick to deliver the trenchless pipeline sections, with the BOSSPIPE™ jacking pipe installed efficiently and in line with the project schedule.
