Inglestone Irrigation Pipeline
Delivering Pipe Solutions for Remote Infrastructure
Coordinating International Supply and On-Site Delivery
Located roughly six hours inland from Brisbane, the project relied on efficient logistics and precise coordination. Empire imported 150 metres of DN1500 PN10 CW-GRP pressure pipe from our manufacturing partner's manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. After arriving at Brisbane Port, the 12-metre pipe lengths were unpacked, handled, and loaded onto semi-trailers for transport to the remote Inglestone site.
Supporting a Smooth and Efficient Installation
Installation was completed by Peter Brown of Broadacre Irrigation, who reported excellent field performance and straightforward handling characteristics. The pipe was installed using open-trench construction methods, with works progressing efficiently and without complication. Its lightweight, corrosion-resistant design contributed to rapid installation and long-term service reliability.
Partnership Built on Technical Expertise
Empire Infrastructure's technical team, backed by over 35 years of experience supplying GRP solutions across Australia and New Zealand, worked closely with Enviro Ag to ensure the pipe met the hydraulic, structural, and operational requirements of the upgrade. By supplying high-quality, large-diameter CW-GRP pipe and dependable project support, Empire Infrastructure helped deliver a resilient irrigation pipeline designed to service Queensland's agricultural landscape for decades to come.
