JACKSTRONG™
GRP Lined Concrete Jacking Pipe
Empire Infrastructure supplies JACKSTRONG™ GRP lined concrete jacking pipe from DN900 to DN3000, combining the structural strength of reinforced concrete with the corrosion resistance of BOSSPIPE™ Glass Reinforced Plastic for pipe jacking and microtunnelling.
Why JACKSTRONG™
Two materials, one pipe
Structural Strength
The reinforced concrete outer structure carries the jacking load, giving high jacking load capacity for long drive performance.
Corrosion Resistance
The BOSSPIPE™ Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) inner liner gives corrosion resistance where the carried flow would attack unlined concrete.
Full Diameter Range
JACKSTRONG™ covers DN900 to DN3000 across a full range of diameters and ground conditions.
The Product
JACKSTRONG™
GRP lined concrete jacking pipe

JACKSTRONG™ is a GRP lined concrete jacking pipe engineered for pipe-jacking and microtunnelling applications. Combining the structural strength of Bonna’s reinforced concrete with the corrosion resistance of BOSSPIPE™ Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), JACKSTRONG™ delivers high jacking load capacity, corrosion resistance, and long-drive performance across a full range of diameters and ground conditions.
Empire supplies JACKSTRONG™ across Australia and New Zealand, with intermediate jacking station (IJS) units available to suit long drives.
