DUSASPUN

DUSASPUN reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) is supplied by Empire Infrastructure for open trench and jacking installations across Australia and New Zealand. Each pipe uses a socketed L-Skid joint with rubber gasket, compliant with AS 1646 and tested for watertightness above 90kPa before despatch.

Steel reinforcement is manufactured to ASTM A.496-90a and AS 1303, cement to ASTM C150 Type I, and aggregates to ASTM C33/C33M. The standard range runs DN300 to DN1650 at a Class 2 proof load rating, with higher load classes available up to Class 10 and any non-standard diameter engineered on request.

DUSASPUN RCP is also available as reinforced concrete jacking pipe on the same nine week lead time window, for trenchless and microtunnelling drives across any diameter in the standard range.
