Empire Infrastructure supplies a variety of jacking pipes, open trench pipes and pipe fittings for sewer and water infrastructure projects in Australia, New Zealand and throughout Australasia.

CENTRIFUGALLY CAST GLASS REINFORCED PLASTIC (CCGRP) Gravity Pipes are commonly utilised in sewer, wastewater, drainage, storage systems, and various other applications.

GRP Sewer Pipes are highly resistant to corrosive substances and therefore ideal for piping sewer and wastewater. GRP Pipes are widely utilised for deep excavation sewer, above ground sewers as well as jacking and tunnelling.

Thanks to the material’s high corrosion resistance, GRP Sewer Pipe Systems easily withstand the low pH-value of biogenic sulfuric acid, which is commonly found in wastewater systems.

Bosspipe CCGRP pipes are available in DN300 up to DN2400.

CP&P Reinforced Concrete Jacking Pipes are created especially for sewerage, stormwater, desalination and ocean outfall infrastructure projects.

Our partners at CP&P offer standard reinforced concrete jacking pipes in a selection of inner diameters (id) 300mm – 4,200mm, in lengths of 2,000mm – 3,000mm.

These engineered pipes are available with HDPE or high pressure steel liner options and collars can be supplied in either Mild Steel, Galvanised Steel, or Stainless Steel.

Fiberstrong™ is a corrosion-resistant pipe system that can be used in a wide range of applications for aboveground and underground installation projects. These pipes are durable and flexible thanks to the intelligent, layered way in which they are built – plus they’re a great choice for building projects in coastal areas.

Developed by Future Pipe Industries, Fiberstrong™ pipes are manufactured from a thermosetting resin, polyester or vinylester. They are reinforced by fiberglass using a precise, continuous filament winding technique that is cost effective and efficent. The finished pipes are strong, flexible and have a resin-rich reinforced liner, structural wall and exterior layer making them an ideal product for your pipeline project.

Fiberstrong™ pipes and fittings are available from 80mm to 4,100mm in diameter, in pressures up to 40 bar. They are suitable for a range of complex construction projects.

Macrete has supplied segmental linings to numerous prestigious projects in the UK, Ireland, Australia and many other countries.

Macrete with its experience and technical ability are a major supplier of segmental lining rings for shafts and tunnels. With superior workmanship and high quality moulds a great finish is achieved and performance is guaranteed. Standard bolted and smoothbore segments are available. Tapered trapezoidal gasketted systems are also supplied to high specification tolerances.

Available shaft sizes: Inner diameters (id) 2.44 meters up to (id) 27 meters.
