OUR SUPPLIERS AND PRODUCTS

Centrifugally Cast Glass Reinforced Plastic (CCGRP) Pipes
For Jacking and Open Trench Applications

CCGRP pipes are ideal for gravity-based systems including sewer, wastewater, drainage, and storage networks. Their high corrosion resistance makes them especially suitable for harsh environments, including those with low pH and biogenic sulphuric acid commonly found in wastewater infrastructure.

These pipes are used in deep excavation, above-ground systems, microtunnelling, and jacking operations where durability and reliability are critical.

BOSSPIPE™ CCGRP pipes are available in diameters from DN300 to DN2400, supporting a wide range of civil construction needs.

CP&P Reinforced Concrete Jacking Pipes
For Jacking and Microtunnelling Applications

CP&P jacking pipes are engineered for sewer, stormwater, desalination, and ocean outfall infrastructure projects where strength and precision are critical.

They are available in a wide range of sizes, with internal diameters from 300mm to 4,200mm and standard lengths between 2,000mm and 3,000mm, allowing flexibility across different project requirements.

For enhanced performance, pipes can be supplied with HDPE or high-pressure steel liners, and collars are available in mild steel, galvanised steel, or stainless steel to suit site conditions.

FIBERSTRONG™ Continuous Wound Glass Reinforced Plastic (CW – GRP) Pipes
For Jacking and Open Trench Installations

FIBERSTRONG™ is a corrosion-resistant pipe system designed for both aboveground and underground infrastructure applications. Its layered construction provides a balance of durability and flexibility, making it particularly well-suited for demanding environments, including coastal areas.

Manufactured by Future Pipe Industries, these pipes are produced using a continuous filament winding process with fibreglass-reinforced thermosetting resin (polyester or vinyl ester) making them cost effective and efficient. The result is a high-performance pipe featuring a resin-rich liner, structural wall, and protective outer layer, engineered for strength, chemical resistance, and long-term performance.

FIBERSTRONG™ pipes and fittings are available in diameters from 80mm to 4,100mm, with pressure ratings up to 40 bar, offering versatility across a wide range of complex pipeline and construction projects.

 JACKSTRONG™ & ANCHORSTRONG™ GRP-Lined Reinforced Concrete Pipe Systems
For Trenchless Installations and Water Charged Ground

JACKSTRONG™ is a high-performance composite pipe engineered for the demanding conditions of jacking and microtunnelling installations. It combines the compressive strength of reinforced concrete with the corrosion resistance and pressure performance of Future Pipe Industries’ FIBERSTRONG™ GRP, delivering exceptional durability and long service life.

ANCHORSTRONG™ is a non-buoyant composite pipe designed for fast, cost-effective installation in water-charged ground. By integrating the mass and strength of Baniyas reinforced concrete with the proven corrosion resistance and pressure capabilities of FIBERSTRONG™ GRP, it provides reliable performance and long-term durability in challenging ground conditions.

Macrete Precast Segmental Shaft Linings
For Tunnel and Shaft Excavation Applications

Macrete supplies high-quality shaft and tunnel lining systems for major projects across the UK, Ireland, Australia, and beyond.

With expert engineering and precision moulds, they produce bolted, smoothbore, and gasketed segment systems to exacting tolerances for a superior fit and finish.

Available in inner diameters from 2.44m to 27m, Macrete segments ensure strength, durability, and performance in demanding ground conditions.
