Transport for NSW is delivering improvements across the state to create vibrant, productive, liveable and sustainable places that support community health, safety and wellbeing.
To promote future employment growth, support the local population now and into the future, and to improve connections across Greater Western Sydney, road works are underway to connect Sydney’s motorway network and support the delivery of the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport.
Four of these projects will provide road access to future Sydney Metro construction sites and a services facility and improve traffic flow and safety for construction vehicles and general traffic.
Part of the above project scope was a trenchless section of stormwater upgrade. WRDT engaged the expertise of Bothar Boring to install the CP&P DN1200 Jacking pipe. The pipe was installed with minimal challenges and inline with the project schedule.
