PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Supply of 300 metres of DN700 BOSSPIPE GRP Jacking Pipe

In 2018 Rob Carr engaged BOSSPIPE to supply the GRP Jacking pipe for the Waterfall Apartments project in Sydney’s prestigious suburb of Waterloo.
Waterfall by Crown Group is Waterloo’s latest luxury residential development to be completed in Waterloo, Sydney. A sophisticated collection of four buildings designed by leading Sydney architects, SJB and built by the award-winning developers, Crown Group.
This unique stormwater system was to service the additional run off created by the Waterfall development. With a transition from a precast concrete box culvert into a seven cell CCGRP Pipe crossing arrangement, the launch pit excavation was a staggering size at over 9 metres wide. The project presented several design challenges, including existing services that had to be drilled under.
This section of the stormwater system upgrade was completed successfully by Rob Carr, enabling the Crown Group to push ahead with the development of the apartments on schedule.
